Use VoiceBase's S3 Ingress option to upload files to our platform directly from your AWS S3 bucket. Step by step instructions may be found here.
Upload through the VoiceBase API
In your VoiceBase account go to Settings > Bearer Tokens > Add Bearer Token to create a Bearer Token for your account.
For API call examples in cURL, see the VoiceBase documentation.
"How-to" configuration examples for all features available on the VoiceBase platform are also included with the documentation.

Upload to VoiceBase using SFTP (POC only)
Our team will create an SFTP login for POC customers who prefer to send audio by SFTP.
To authenticate with VoiceBase's upload SFTP, customers need to provide their SSH-rsa key.
When providing the SSH key, please ensure it is the key for the terminal/server the calls will be uploaded from. It will most likely not be a single individual’s SSH key.
Once our team has created a user for the customer, we will make available their username and endpoint for upload.
Provide list of URLs to VoiceBase (POC only)
If you prefer to have VoiceBase upload your calls for a POC, you may provide a CSV file list of URLs to our team, and we will take care of the upload.
