What languages does the Web App support?

American English (default), Australian English, Indian English, Southeast Asian English, UK English, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Latin American Spanish.

To enable this feature, go to "My Account" and then click on "Edit" to the right of your "Personal Information". You'll see a dropdown menu with the language options.

How much does the machine transcription cost?

After using up your free credits, it costs two cents per minute, or $1.20 per hour of uploaded audio content.

What can I use my free credits for?

The free credits are good for trying out our machine transcription through the web app, including all features. They do not apply to Human Transcription orders.

What if I'm having trouble uploading to the App?

Sometimes when uploading files users get an alert that Upload URL might be wrong or doesn't exist. This can be an issue with your computer or internet connection. Since the problem isn't related to the VoiceBase platform we can't help you too much here, other than to suggest re-downloading or saving the file to your computer and making sure the format is for a video/audio file.
